Clan Code of Conduct:


General Information:

IP2W__ is a Gaming Clan based on friendly competitions and Companionship. We are in Online Gaming for Age of Empires Series, FIFA Series Games. Most important thing to be with us is being a friendly guy than anything else.

The Code of Conduct for IP2W__ site members and Clan Members.

Clan Membership:
You can be only member of one clan at a single time. Any member found to be violating this will be removed from the clan and will not be entertained for further Tournaments and Membership of any IP2W__ Event.
If you wish to join the Clan please use Trial Forum and read instructions there before applying.
If you wish to leave the clan Please make a post in private topic stating the reason.

Forum Guidelines:
The IP2W__ website and forums are widely viewed by persons of all ages including children under 15. Good taste and discretion in subject matter is required.
No obscene language or sexually suggestive language is to be used under any circumstances.
No suggestive, pornographic material or images, copyrighted MP3s, illegal content, copyright infringement, trademark infringement, warez, cracks, or software serial numbers are to be displayed or linked under any circumstances.
In case some material is posted on Site that is violating Copyrights or any legal bindings you can quickly contact admin staff or mail at abhi_kar21@yahoo.co.inSwift action will be taken to remove such material and action will be taken against such member.
Please do not attempt to bypass the forum censor filters.
This website is the home of the clan and is to be conducted in a friendly atmosphere. Respect for clan members and their feelings are important.
No excessive flaming or taunting of members will be tolerated.
No derogatory references to race, gender, religious belief or sexual preferences are allowed.
Friendly competition and rivalry is encouraged, as are jokes. Make sure your comments are in good taste and please don't offend. Any abusive language regarding other guy’s family, friends etc will result in account suspension for a period decided according to type of insult.

Sportsmanship:
All games involving clan members (including with non-clan members) are to be conducted within the parameters of good sportsmanship.
No swearing or taunting during games is allowed. We represent IP2W__ when we use our Clan nickname, so make sure you do not spoil the image of the clan.
Please respect other players, no matter what their skill, and when treated unfairly, try to restrain from treating your antagonist in the same way.
Cheating will not be tolerated. This includes map hacking, drop tricking, and point trading etc. Any member found using cheats or game hacks in an intentional manner would be immediately removed from the clan.


Trouble shooting:
If you have an issue with a member of the clan that cannot be reasonably resolved or you have any other issue with the running or conduct of the clan that cannot be discussed in the normal forums, please PM a member of the administration staff for assistance.

Violation of CoC:
Violation of the Code of Conduct may result in sanctions including warnings or suspensions as determined by Administration Staff.
Repeated or flagrant serious breaches including cheating will result in expulsion from the Clan.

Admin Decisions:
The Administrators will make decisions in good faith and the best interests of the Clan. In general these decisions are final, however if you wish to challenge any administration decision, please do so by a polite thread (in Private Discussions only) or by PM to any of the Administration staff. Decisions can be over turned by a majority of Clan members in exceptional circumstances.
Moderators:
From time to time, to assist with the smooth running of the Clan, Moderators and Administrators will be appointed. These functions carry considerable responsibility and powers and privileges conveyed with these appointments are to be used only in the best interests of the clan at all times.

Flaming and abusive language against Clan Admins and Councils will be treated as a serious offence and may result in suspension of account.
